Emily Boesen | Project Sales Coordinator

Emily is a graduate of the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities with a Bachelor of Science degree in Retail Management with an emphasis in Home Furnishings. She has most recently managed commercial space with a tenant mix of office, industrial and medical life science properties in Minnesota and North Dakota, at one point managing a high of 1.8 million sq. feet of mixed-use space. Her property management experience has included prestigious award wins for the U.S.G.B.C. LEED Platinum for EB&OM in 2016 (one of the only 2 in Minnesota at that time) and for The Outstanding Building of the Year Award (TOBY) from BOMA Minneapolis for 2016 and she has completed the Certified Property Manager course with IREM in 2021 (CPM). She has managed retail teams, as well as worked in residential real estate managing a portfolio of Fannie Mae properties while owning her own real estate staging company.

Her work experiences have allowed for the opportunity to mentor and train visual merchandisers, coach selling strategies to teams of retail associates, create vignettes for print and media advertising, and acquire unique merchandise for retail boutiques. Her strengths and specialties include: team coaching, business marketing, product purchasing, visual merchandising, selections coordination for builders, real estate negotiation, strategic planning, property budgeting, project management, tenant buildouts, vendor coordination, client care and event design & detail.

Outside of her career in real estate, Emily creates special event and wedding floral designs as the principal owner and designer of Hadley Road Event Floral. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her daughter, traveling, gardening, & enjoying the newest hot spots for fine food and wine in the company of family and friends.
