Steve Bohl | President
For 25 years Steve has been developing, designing and building neighborhoods and quality homes in the western suburbs of the Twin Cities.
Steve's comprehensive, hands-on style and attention to detail has earned him awards and recognition from the Builders Association of the Twin Cities and other industry organizations, but most importantly from communities and individuals he has had the pleasure to work with.
As President of both Bohland Development and BohLand Homes, Steve has always maintained a philosophy of respect for the environment, communities, neighborhoods and individuals he develops or builds for.
When away from his office in Wayzata, Steve enjoys spending time with his wife and family in Wayzata or better yet in the mountains of Wyoming. Additionally Steve feels that it is critical to use his experience and abilities to be involved in addressing the issues of housing and other family related challenges many in our area face today.
Steve's optimistic and upbeat style ensures that your experience will be an enjoyable and memorable one.
